Fence Repair Deadline: Aug 1

We hope this message finds you well.

As you are aware, our community experienced significant storm damage earlier this year, which resulted in a number of downed or damaged fences throughout the neighborhood. In recognition of this, the Association has allowed a grace period to give homeowners ample time to complete necessary repairs.

Please be advised that this grace period will come to an end on August 1, 2025. Beginning on this date, the Association will resume enforcement of all fencing compliance requirements in accordance with the community’s governing documents.

If you have not yet repaired your fencing, we encourage you to take the necessary steps to bring it into compliance before the enforcement date.
